In order to be able to establish a complete prevention plan, allowing you to work on our sites, you must provide these few essential documents :
1. Your risk analysis including the exhaustive list of risks introduced by your activities on our site.
2. The appendix to the prevention plan for KOGEBAN or CBEM that you have to complete.
3. Procedures for operations (supplemented by crane plans, excavation plans, etc..)
4. The medical skills of each worker not specifying a contraindication to the planned interventions.
5. Authorizations, authorizations and training certificates for the following operations :
Work at Height
Confined space work
Work requiring access to an electrical room
Driving a machine (Trolley of all types, Crane, Shovel, ...)
Use of a mobile lifting platform for personnel
Work near networks, excavation work
Work in ATEX zone (explosive atmospheres)
Use of chemicals
Any use of equipment requiring training in the light of CARSAT recommendations.
/!\Please note that a driving or access authorization from the employer is mandatory for everyone involved in these categories. It will also be provided beforehand.
6. If you introduce products on our site, you must provide the Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
7. If you introduce a vehicle or a device of any type on our site, you will have to provide us with the following additional elements:
Insurance certificate
Periodic general verification or technical control
Note that the lifting accessories must appear on the VGP (Periodic General Verification)
